Payment and Service Policy
***All payments for services are made prior to scheduling***
are by appointment only; no walk-ins. Appointment must be scheduled 24 hours
prior to your desired appointment date and time. These services include consultations, fitness
assessments and personal training sessions.
*Arriving to Your Appointment*
extremely important that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
Arriving 5 minutes early for your session is acceptable. Clients will not be
admitted earlier than 5 minutes. Your time does not begin
until your appointment is scheduled to begin.
*Late Arrivals and No Shows*
late for a session does not extend your session end time. Appointments start
and end at the scheduled times. NO EXCEPTIONS. Late arrivals and No Shows are not
eligible to be rescheduled.
be cancelled with 24 hours’ notice in order to be eligible for rescheduling. There is a limit of (1) eligible service to be
rescheduled per week. Services that are not
cancelled properly or that are not eligible to be rescheduled are forfeited.
Rescheduling of an eligible session must occur during the same scheduled week,
otherwise service is forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
Once payment for services has been submitted, no refunds will be issued. It is YOUR
responsibility to schedule and redeem your services properly.
***All paid services expire at the close of business on the following Saturday.
Services not properly redeemed will be forfeited.
